Use of the software

RocketPros software is provided to subscribed repair facilities for the purpose of analyzing, auditing, and reporting on collision repair estimates and carrier program performance. The software may not be redistributed, resold, or used outside the scope of your subscription.

Account approval

Access to RocketPros is approval-gated. The desktop agent will not operate without a provisioned account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Data you submit

By using the RocketPros platform, you grant RocketPros a license to process the estimate data, usage information, and other content submitted through the platform for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You also grant RocketPros the right to use data processed through the platform — including estimate content — in aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized form for the purposes of improving platform accuracy, developing features, and enhancing the quality of the service. RocketPros will not disclose your identifiable shop data or individual estimate records to third parties for their independent commercial use.

Platform intelligence

RocketPros operates as an intelligence platform. Audit rules, scoring logic, and analytical capabilities are developed and refined over time using patterns derived from platform usage. Your use of the platform contributes to and benefits from this ongoing improvement. Insights derived in this manner are the property of RocketPros and do not constitute disclosure of your shop's individual data.

No warranty

RocketPros audit results, carrier program scores, and suggestions are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. Your shop remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of estimates submitted to carriers.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be deactivated. You may request export or deletion of your identifiable account data within 30 days of termination.
