What we collect

RocketPros collects estimate data submitted through your shop's desktop agent, estimating platform credentials stored in encrypted form, account and contact information for authorized users, and usage data related to platform interactions.

Tenant isolation

Each repair facility operates in an isolated tenant environment. Your shop's identifiable estimate records, audit history, and account data are not accessible to other shops on the platform.

How we use your data

We use the data we collect to operate and deliver the RocketPros platform, provide audit results and carrier program analysis, support your account, and communicate with you about your subscription.

We also use data — including estimate content processed through the platform — to maintain, improve, and develop platform features and capabilities. This may include analysis of patterns, outcomes, and accuracy across the platform in aggregate. Where data is used for these purposes, it is processed internally and is not disclosed to third parties in a form that identifies your shop or your customers.

Third-party disclosure

RocketPros does not sell your identifiable shop or estimate data to third parties. We do not disclose your raw estimate records to insurance carriers, estimating platform vendors, or other repair facilities. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated records by contacting us. Some data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form after deletion.
