The parts are already listed and ticked; you change what you want, press Send, and the parts arrive in your portal. Your estimate in Mitchell Connect is never touched. It is available now to shops insured through ICBC in British Columbia, MPI in Manitoba and SGI in Saskatchewan that already use RocketPros.

Getting a parts order out of Mitchell Connect usually means changing every part to what you want to order, then changing every line back so the estimate is right again. Fast Parts does the changing for you, outside the estimate.

How the hand-off works
Fast Parts prepares it. You place the order.
Fast Parts doesn't order anything for you. It gets the parts into your parts portal the way the portal already expects them, and the order is yours to review and place there.

Fast Parts reads your estimate
Every time you export from Mitchell Connect, RocketPros receives the BMS file and lists the parts, grouped by repair heading.

You choose and press Send
Tick the parts, change any type or price, or press the one-click playbook. Only the parts you tick are sent.

You place the order in your portal
Fast Parts delivers the parts to where CollisionLink or Auto PartsBridge already picks up your EMS files. You review and place the order there, the same as you do today.
Your BMS file knows more
It sees what Mitchell found, not just what you picked.
Every time you export from Mitchell Connect, RocketPros receives the BMS file. It is far richer than the EMS file your parts portal gets, which only describes the part you ended up with. When Mitchell has found an aftermarket option for a part, the BMS file keeps it — whether you picked it, switched back to OEM, or never picked it at all. The EMS file keeps none of that.
- Totalled at the top. A note above your parts list tells you how many OEM parts have an aftermarket option and how much less they come to, like “Mitchell has an aftermarket option for 3 OEM parts (up to $128.10 less)”.
- One click, or every part at once. Use Mitchell's option on a single part, or let ROCKET PROFIT use it on every ticked part where it costs less.
- Real options only. Fast Parts shows an option only when Mitchell actually found one for that part and it costs less than the part on your estimate. It doesn't search on its own or guess.
What you send to your parts portal is always your decision, and your estimate in Mitchell Connect never changes.

Fast Parts works with CollisionLink and Auto PartsBridge, for every insurer you write for, from estimates written in Mitchell. If you order parts another way, Fast Parts won't apply to you.

Be a RocketPros shop
Fast Parts is an add-on to RocketPros, so your shop uses RPS or Estimate Analysis first. New to RocketPros? Start with your insurer's link and add Fast Parts once you are in.

Install the RocketPros desktop app
Run it on the computer you use for Mitchell Connect. Already installed? Install the update when RocketPros asks for it.

Choose your Parts Order Folder, once
On the computer where CollisionLink or Auto PartsBridge picks up your EMS files, pick the EMS export folder they already watch. RocketPros asks the first time and checks it for you.

Open a claim and click the Fast Parts tab
Your parts are listed and ticked. Change what you want, press Send, and the parts are waiting in your portal.

What is Fast Parts?+

Does Fast Parts place the order for me?+
No. Fast Parts prepares the parts and delivers them to your parts portal. You review and place the order there, the same as you do today. What you send is always your decision.
Does it change my estimate in Mitchell Connect?+
No. Fast Parts only reads the estimate. Nothing in Mitchell Connect is changed, so there is nothing to put back afterwards.
Who can use Fast Parts?+
Fast Parts is available now to shops insured through ICBC in British Columbia, MPI in Manitoba and SGI in Saskatchewan that already use RocketPros RPS or Estimate Analysis. It is not open in other regions yet.

How do I get Fast Parts?+
Open any claim in RocketPros and click the Fast Parts tab. It has a one-minute walk-through on a sample estimate and lets you add Fast Parts inside the app in a few clicks. There is no sales call and no paperwork. Shops new to RocketPros start with their insurer's sign-up link on this page. Sign-up uses a promo code: email support@rocketpros.app and we'll send yours.
What does Fast Parts cost?+
Fast Parts is a separate add-on to RocketPros, and you see everything about it inside the app before you add it. There is no sales call and nothing to negotiate.
Does Fast Parts search for aftermarket parts on its own?+
No. The BMS file RocketPros receives from Mitchell keeps any aftermarket option Mitchell found for a part, even if the line was switched back to OEM. Fast Parts shows an option only when Mitchell found one and it costs less than the part on your estimate. It doesn't search on its own or guess.
What do I need to set up?+
The newest RocketPros desktop app, and a one-time choice of your Parts Order Folder: the EMS export folder that CollisionLink or Auto PartsBridge already watches. RocketPros asks the first time and checks the folder for you.
What happens when the estimate has a supplement?+
Parts you already sent are remembered and stay exactly as you sent them. Parts that arrive or change after a send are flagged, so you can see what is new before you send again.
